1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Merhaba Destinations website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Booking and Payment
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund. In the event a tour is cancelled by Merhaba Destinations (for weather, safety, or operational reasons), a full refund will be issued.
4. Tour Conduct and Responsibility
Participants are expected to follow the guide's instructions and respect local laws, customs, and sites visited. Merhaba Destinations reserves the right to refuse service to any participant whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive to other guests.
5. Liability
Merhaba Destinations takes reasonable care to ensure tours operate safely. Participation is at the participant's own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and itineraries — is the property of Merhaba Destinations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
